In 1997, founder Rhonda Sheets established a company dedicated to providing innovative, high-impact solutions for clients in the financial services industry. In its decades of operation, the organization has grown and evolved significantly.
Rhonda is the founder and president of Support EXP. She established Support EXP to advance organizational development by measuring and improving individual and group performance at the behavioral level, driving growth, profitability, and loyalty by optimizing the customer experience.
We are proud to partner with local and global organizations that are making a difference – for individuals, families & the future. In addition, the Support EXP team has volunteered and invested in local community organizations such as Dayton Gospel Mission and Habitat for Humanity. We are also active internationally through our Global Outreach (GO) program, led by GO Ambassador Todd Hammerstrom.
