Purdue Federal Credit Union – SMS Program Privacy Addendum

Program Name: Purdue Federal Member Surveys
Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Program Overview

Purdue Federal Credit Union (“Purdue Federal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS-based program called Purdue Federal Member Surveys. The program is used to request feedback from existing members about recent service experiences and to facilitate member-requested follow-up.

Purdue Federal Member Surveys may include service experience surveys, customer care communications, and follow-up requested by the member through the survey. If a member affirmatively requests follow-up, Purdue Federal may contact the member to respond to the request, address concerns identified through the survey, or provide assistance requested by the member.

This program does not send standalone advertising, telemarketing, mass marketing, or promotional SMS messages. Participation in the program is not required to obtain any Purdue Federal product or service.

2. Relationship to Other Purdue Federal Agreements

This Addendum applies only to the Purdue Federal Member Surveys SMS program. It does not replace, amend, or limit Purdue Federal’s Membership and Account Agreement, Your Guide to Member Services, Privacy Notice, loan agreements, Digital Banking terms, Text Banking terms, or any other agreement or disclosure applicable to a Purdue Federal product or service.

The Purdue Federal Member Surveys SMS program is separate from Purdue Federal Text Banking and does not permit account access, transfers, balance inquiries, transaction history, or other electronic fund transfer services.
