What is the Feedback Forum?
Star One Credit Union has partnered with Support EXP to give members a meaningful way to share feedback about their service experiences. As a member of the Feedback Forum, you may be invited to complete assigned interactions and submit an online evaluation describing what you observed.
Your feedback as a service shopper helps Star One recognize what is working well and identify opportunities to improve the member experience.

We'll Help You Get Started
No prior evaluation experience is needed. Support EXP provides the tools and guidance you need to complete assignments confidently and accurately, including:
- A comprehensive Shopper Handbook
- Helpful training videos
- Sample scenarios and evaluation examples
- Assistance from the Shopper Help team when questions arise
In addition to the stipend earned for each completed and accepted evaluation, you’ll receive one entry into Support EXP’s monthly Shopper Rewards drawing. Three winners are randomly selected each month to receive a $100 Amazon gift card, and the more accepted evaluations you complete, the more chances you have to win—even more than once in the same month. From time to time, additional assignments may also become available, giving you more opportunities to participate, earn, and enter the monthly drawing.

Board members, credit union employees and their family members are not eligible to participate. Applicants must be verified members of the credit union.
