Support EXP is seeking a Data Analyst as a key member of the Innovation & Technology team that will interpret and analyze customer experience data, develop and maintain custom code and reporting, analyze data and present findings to key internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business development in the banking sector, with a relentless focus on acquiring net-new accounts.
- Engage and sell to senior decision-makers (C-suite, Heads of Retail, Chief Experience Officers, and Customer Experience Leaders).
- Lead high-value, consultative sales conversations that emphasize CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, VoC) and their impact on revenue and retention.
- Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities through persistent outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Use key account and value-based selling strategies to differentiate Support EXP’s solutions from internally developed programs.
- Leverage metrics-driven selling to demonstrate the ROI of our platform, navigating influencer and decision-maker matrices.
- Develop creative engagement strategies to break into key accounts and build long-term relationships.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 5+ years of experience in a “hunter” sales role, with a track record of acquiring net-new business in B2B sales.
- Experience successfully closing mid-to-large-sized B2B contracts with a strong understanding of value-based pricing
- Background in financial services or technology sales—deep experience with credit unions or banks is a plus.
- Proven ability to sell to and influence senior executives, with experience navigating complex decision-making environments.
- Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, VoC, and customer experience analytics—you understand their value and can communicate it effectively.
- A persistent, optimistic, and energetic sales approach—you love the challenge of building something new.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-impact role—you’re self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
