How Does Connection Booster Work?

Connection Booster is a Voice-of-the-Employee survey that provides executive banking leadership with understanding and insight into priority workforce issues impacting employees’ sense of connection, satisfaction and engagement.

Cyclical surveying enables team leaders to regularly identify and develop action items to focus their efforts at strengthening connections. Multiple measurements can be provided, including a proprietary Connection Metric, Employee Sat, eNPS, etc. Questions about Collaboration, Productivity, Remoteness, and Support identify drivers/root causes of employee disconnection or isolation. Actionable insights can be highlighted, summarized and categorized at granular levels (by branch, department, team) enabling prioritization of improvement efforts. Employee feedback data is available on-demand in the EXP Actionable Analytics Portal, along with trend data showing progress, so you can develop strategies and devise action steps that continue to move your organizational culture toward a connected, customer-centric workplace.
